Golden Eagles --
Well the time has come for the Golden Eagles to make their debut on the track in the state of Utah. The BYU Indoor Invite is the place where we get to cash in the first check for all of our hard work in practice and the past year. We as Coaches are very excited for this chance to see what we have as a TEAM and for the chance to run on a world class track. All right details of this meet are as follows:
Athletes can run in up to 4 events.
Cost is $4 per event. ($16 per relay team) This money needs to be given to the coaches before the end of practice on Thursday so we can register you for your events.
All field events are on Friday the 15th starting at 5:00pm
All running events are on Saturday 16th starting at 9:00am
Admission for spectators is $2 each day
The Meet location is at the Smith Field House at BYU
Order of Events for Friday:
5:00pm Girl's shot put, Boy's to follow
5:00pm Girl's high jump, Boy's to follow
5:00pm Boy's long jump, Girl's to follow
Order of Events for Saturday;
9:00am start (Girl's first, then Boy's)

60Meter Hurdle Trials
60 Meter Trails
400 Meter Timed Finals
60 Meter Hurdle Finals (top 9)
60 Meter Finals (top 8)
800 Meter Timed Finals

We look forward to working with all of you this week to get you all ready for this meet. There will be a lot of information given in practice this week that will help you so make sure that you pay attention.
Also just a reminder with this being the last week of the term that you students need to make sure your grades and NC stuff is caught up. We don’t want to see any of you on the NC list. And a reminder to bring some warm gear incase the weather is good and we go outside to the track.
