Golden Eagles --
Just a quick reminder that this Thursday Nights TEAM run will be with our friends from Provo High School. We are meeting at MMHS at 5:15pm to carpool and caravan to Canyon Glenn Park in Provo Canyon. We will start our run at 6:00pm running up toward Vivian Park (Bridal Vail Falls) and back. Make sure you take time to stop and check out the falls, maybe take a dip, after the run we will join in a BBQ and some fun times & games with our friends from Provo High School. This will be a really fun opportunity, (and it will give you something to do before the midnight showing of Harry Potter:) make every effort to be to this one. Keep up the hard work and keep racking up the miles.
More info about cross country TEAM camp will be coming soon. Also try to keep July 28th clear on your calendar and plan on coming on our TEAM run that night as we will be doing the highlight night run of the summer, Stewart Falls.
