Great job at Pre-region Thursday night. Our teams finished 3rd & 3rd. This is a good starting point for us and for a lot of us a great chance to see the region course and get that first race under our belt. With the start of school this week practices will now be held at 3:00pm at MMHS.
Our next meet is this Saturday the 25th. The grass relays is the one that many on our team comment on being the funnest race of the year. You really don't want to miss out on this meet. The buses will leave MMHS at 6:50am. The details are below:

8:25 A.M.: Boys J.V. 2 Mile Race -Frosh/Soph
8:40 A.M.: Girls J.V. 2 Mile Race-Jr./Sr.
9:00 A.M.: Boys J.V. 2 Mile Race -Jr./Sr.
9:15 A.M.: Girls Varsity Relay ( Top 5 Girls, 2 Miles Each Leg)
10:35 A.M.: Boys Varsity Relay (Top 5 Boys, 2 Miles Each Leg)
AWARDS:
J.V.: Awards to top 10 finishers in each J.V.race. Please do not enter your varsity runners in the JV race Varsity: Trophies to top 5 teams, boys and girls. Individual awards to 15 fastest relay legs in each race.
COURSE: 1 mile grass loop (spikes recommended) , lots of hay bales. Records: Boys:9:41 - Luke Puskedra, Judge Memorial, 2007. Girls: 11:41 - Heidi McGill, Mountain View, 2002.
